Singapore PM Lawrence Wong to pay working visit to Türkiye
Turkish Presidency's Head of Communications Burhanettin Duran announced on Thursday that Singapore’s Prime Minister Lawrence Wong will make a working visit to Türkiye on Friday, June 19, 2026.
According to the official statement, the visit will provide an opportunity for high-level discussions between the two countries. During the meetings, Turkish and Singaporean sides will comprehensively review bilateral relations across all fields, with particular attention to strengthening trade and investment ties.
The two leaders are expected to explore new avenues and concrete steps to further enhance cooperation between Türkiye and Singapore. In addition, they will exchange views on current regional and international developments.
This working visit underscores the growing interest in deepening economic and political relations between Türkiye and Singapore, a key hub in Southeast Asia.
