Israeli forces massacre dozens of civilians in Gaza City

The Israeli occupation army intensified its deadly attacks on the Gaza Strip on Wednesday morning, targeting civilians and residential areas in a large-scale operation that has left dozens dead and many more injured, according to local sources and eyewitness reports.
The heaviest strikes have hit Gaza City, where air raids and artillery shelling have destroyed homes, tents, and infrastructure, forcing families to flee amid worsening famine and a deepening humanitarian crisis.
According to local sources, Israeli warplanes bombed a residential block in the Bani Amer area of Gaza City’s al-Daraj neighborhood, killing at least 20 civilians and leaving dozens injured or missing. In addition, Israeli forces detonated booby-trapped armored vehicles in several neighborhoods, including Tal al-Hawa, further endangering residents.
Gaza City remains under continuous bombardment, with reports of casualties rising by the hour. Local media confirmed that the Israeli army’s operation involves massive aerial and artillery strikes on civilian structures, marking the most intense escalation in recent weeks.
The attacks are not limited to Gaza City. Israeli forces have also targeted other parts of the Gaza Strip, killing and injuring children, women, and aid seekers at distribution points, according to Gaza’s health ministry. Three people, including one child, have reportedly died from starvation and malnutrition, highlighting the growing humanitarian catastrophe.
“This operation represents a deliberate targeting of civilians,” said a local health official in Gaza. “Families are being displaced, essential supplies are blocked, and people are dying from both attacks and starvation. The international community cannot remain silent.”
The ongoing violence underscores the urgent need for immediate intervention to protect civilians in Gaza and provide humanitarian assistance to those affected by the occupation’s military aggression. (ILKHA)
