Genocide in Gaza: 713 days of bombardment, starvation, and massacres

Backed by unlimited U.S. support and sustained international silence, the Israeli regime continues its genocidal campaign in Gaza, now entering its 713th day.
Intense airstrikes, ground assaults, and policies aimed at forced starvation target over two million Palestinians, leaving a trail of devastation, death, and displacement.
Since early morning, Israeli warplanes and artillery have bombed multiple areas of Gaza, with Gaza City witnessing particularly heavy bombardment. Hundreds of homes have been destroyed as part of a systematic plan to evacuate the city entirely. In Khan Younis, Israeli helicopters carried out targeted strikes, while in northwest Gaza, multiple buildings were demolished in succession. Central Gaza’s Al-Bureij refugee camp also saw homes destroyed, leaving many civilians wounded. Eyewitnesses report that dozens of homes in northwest Gaza were leveled in the early hours of the day.
According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, the death toll from the ongoing assault has reached 65,062 martyrs, with 165,679 wounded. Over 9,000 remain missing, while starvation has claimed 432 lives, including 146 children. More than 20,000 children and 12,500 women have been killed, including 8,990 mothers. Thousands of infants have also perished, either due to direct bombardment or the lack of food, water, and medicine caused by the siege.
Health workers, journalists, municipal employees, and aid security personnel have also been deliberately targeted. To date, 1,670 health workers, 248 journalists, 173 municipal employees, 139 civil defense personnel, and 780 aid security officers have been martyred while performing their duties.
The Israeli occupation has carried out over 15,000 massacres, completely erasing approximately 2,700 families from existence. According to official estimates, 88% of buildings in Gaza have been destroyed, with total material losses exceeding $62 billion. Occupying forces currently control 77% of the territory.
Educational and religious institutions have not been spared. At least 163 schools and universities have been completely destroyed, while 369 were partially damaged. Religious sites have also been attacked, with 833 mosques demolished and 167 partially destroyed. Additionally, 19 cemeteries have been bombed, further violating the sanctity of civilian life.
Despite global attention to other conflicts, the genocide in Gaza continues to intensify daily, with the civilian population trapped under relentless bombardment, displacement, and deprivation. Palestinian leaders and human rights organizations have repeatedly called on the international community to take immediate action, warning that silence and inaction amount to complicity in the ongoing atrocities.
