Turkish Foreign Minister Fidan to visit Canada
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will pay an official visit to Canada on June 25-26, according to a statement issued by Türkiye's Foreign Ministry.
The ministry said Fidan's visit will take place as part of ongoing diplomatic engagements between Türkiye and Canada, but did not provide details regarding the meetings and contacts planned during the trip.
The visit comes months after a series of high-level exchanges between the two NATO allies, including talks held in Ankara between Fidan and Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand on bilateral relations, regional developments and security issues.
