HÜDA PAR Deputy Chairman and Mersin MP Faruk Dinç held a press conference at the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye on Tuesday, issuing a firm call for international action amid an ongoing genocide in Gaza.
Dinç strongly condemned the continued Israeli assault on Gaza, referring to the regime as a "Zionist terrorist network" that has flagrantly violated ceasefire agreements and continues to target civilians — particularly women and children — even during the holy month of Ramadan.
“A Humanitarian Catastrophe Ignored by the World”
"The humanitarian disaster in Gaza continues to worsen," Dinç declared, warning that global silence in the face of these atrocities amounts to complicity. "This genocide is further encouraged by the inaction and silence of world countries," he said.
He called on mediating and guarantor states to move beyond symbolic condemnations and take concrete steps to halt Israeli aggression. “This is not merely a political failure,” he asserted. “It is a moral collapse. Their silence means becoming a partner in genocide.”
‘Zionist Terrorism Recognizes No Law or Agreement’
Dinç stated that the Israeli occupation forces consistently breach ceasefire deals and international norms, operating under what he described as a policy of unchecked violence. “This terrorist network does not recognize agreements, violates rights, and does not understand any language other than power,” he said.
He added that the humanitarian crisis in Gaza — including famine, a severe shortage of medicine, and the deliberate targeting of civilians — had now surpassed the boundaries of any conventional conflict and constituted a genocide under international law.
Call for Diplomatic Action and Sanctions
Dinç urged mediating countries and global powers to sever diplomatic ties with the Israeli regime and to impose sanctions, stating that mere condemnation was no longer effective. “Zionist terrorism does not listen to suggestions or warnings,” he said. “It is time to question the legitimacy of this murderous network.”
A Test for the Islamic World
In a passionate appeal to the Islamic world, Dinç called on nations whose "conscience has not been extinguished" to take a unified, principled stance against the ongoing violence. “Those who remain silent today will find themselves alone tomorrow when faced with a similar threat,” he warned.
He called the massacres in Gaza a test of humanity and justice, urging especially Islamic nations to rise in defense of the oppressed. “We must act together — with our conscience and our honor — for Gaza and for all oppressed peoples,” he said.
Concluding his remarks, Dinç expressed solidarity with the Palestinian people, praying for their swift liberation from the grip of occupation and oppression. “May our brothers and sisters in Gaza — and all those oppressed around the world — be freed from these genocide perpetrators as soon as possible,” he said.
