Gaza martyr toll rises to 74,250 despite ongoing ceasefire
Five more Palestinians were martyred and 11 others were injured in attacks on the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours despite the ongoing ceasefire, bringing the total number of martyrs since October 2023 to 74,250 and the number of injured to 175,278, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced the latest figures regarding casualties caused by the attacks carried out by the Zionist occupation forces against the Gaza Strip.
The ministry said that the bodies of five martyrs and 11 injured Palestinians were brought to hospitals across Gaza in the past 24 hours.
It stated that four of the martyrs were killed in recent attacks, while one person was martyred after succumbing to injuries sustained in previous attacks.
1,467 martyrs since ceasefire
The ministry reported that 1,467 Palestinians have been martyred and 5,161 others injured in Zionist occupation attacks since the ceasefire that came into effect in October 2025.
It also stated that the bodies of 836 martyrs were recovered from under the rubble during the same period.
Since the attacks on the Gaza Strip began in October 2023, the total number of martyrs has risen to 74,250, while the number of injured has reached 175,278.(ILKHA)
