Gaza death toll rises to 73,035 since October 2023
Medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported on Monday that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli military offensive has reached 73,035, with 173,368 others injured since October 2023.
According to the same sources, hospitals across Gaza received the bodies of three Palestinians killed over the past 24 hours, while 11 wounded individuals were admitted for treatment.
Since the current ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, the sources said 1,024 Palestinians have been killed and 3,260 injured. In addition, 784 bodies have been recovered from various areas across the Strip during this period.
The figures, which are regularly updated by Gaza’s health authorities, come amid ongoing concerns over the humanitarian situation in the enclave even after the ceasefire began. (ILKHA)
