All defendants acquitted in the case of murdering 2 policemen in Ceylanpınar
All defendants were acquitted in the case of murdering two police officers in Şanlıurfa's Ceylanpınar that recorded as one of the incidents that ended the solution process.
All the 9 defendants, 4 were the detainee, were acquitted in the trial on the case that 2 police officers were shot dead while they were sleeping at their house in Bahçelievler Neighborhood in Şanlıurfa's Ceylanpınar.
All the defendants were acquitted on charges of "murder" in the case against the murder of two police officers, which recorded as one of the events that ended the solution process.
The four defendants in the trial were sentenced to 1 year and 6 months imprisonment for their social media sharing.
At the 13th trial seen on Thursday, the court decided to acquit 9 people that the fingerprints found in the house, where 2 officers were murdered, didn’t match with the detainee' fingerprints.
Hasan Aydın, Hüseyin Aydın, Sedat Aydın and Mehmet Naci Yılmaz, who had been tried in detention, were sentenced to 1 year and 6 months imprisonment on charges of "making propaganda for the organization" on the grounds of social media sharing.
The other 5 arrested suspects were released in the previous trial.
The public prosecutor demanded that the arrested suspects be punished twice with aggravated life imprisonment on Feb. 20. (ILKHA)
