Three Palestinians, including a child, martyred as Israeli regime attacks continue despite Gaza ceasefire
Three Palestinians, including a child, were martyred on Tuesday as Israeli regime forces continued military operations across the Gaza Strip despite an existing ceasefire, according to Palestinian health and local sources.
A Palestinian was martyred in an attack near the Kuwait Roundabout on Salah al-Din Street, east of Gaza City. The victim's body was transferred to Al-Ahli (Mamadani) Hospital, local medical officials said.
Earlier in the day, an Israeli regime drone struck the roof of a house in Gaza City's Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, wounding one Palestinian.
Israeli regime artillery shelled northwestern Rafah while military vehicles deployed east of Khan Younis opened heavy fire. Local reports said Israeli regime forces also demolished several homes with explosives in northeastern Khan Younis.
In Gaza City's Tuffah neighborhood, Israeli regime forces reportedly detonated an explosive-laden robotic vehicle, destroying civilian homes. The neighboring Shujaiya and Tuffah districts also came under artillery fire and heavy gunfire.
Israeli regime warplanes carried out airstrikes near the Sudaniyya area northwest of Gaza City and bombed a house near Hazendar Station in the Karama neighborhood. Heavy gunfire was also reported in eastern Beit Lahia and the Atatra area in the northern Gaza Strip.
Palestinian authorities said Israeli regime forces have continued airstrikes, artillery shelling and house demolitions despite the ceasefire that took effect on Oct. 10, 2025. Restrictions on humanitarian aid deliveries, commercial goods and civilian movement also remain in force.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, 1,045 Palestinians have been martyred, 3,380 injured and 786 bodies recovered from beneath the rubble since the ceasefire entered into effect.
The ministry added that the overall toll from the Israeli regime's military campaign in Gaza since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 73,058 martyrs and 173,488 injured.(ILKHA)
