Millions of Yemenis fill streets to declare total solidarity with Gaza

Millions of Yemenis flooded Al-Sabeen Square in the heart of Sanaa and gathered in major squares across the provinces on Friday to reaffirm their unwavering support for the Palestinian people in Gaza.
Under the banner of “Loyalty to the Martyrs,” the massive marches sent a thunderous message of defiance against Israeli aggression and global complicity. Demonstrators raised Palestinian flags, chanted slogans of resistance, and prayed for the victory of the people of Gaza against the ongoing genocidal war waged by the Israeli occupation.
Speakers at the rallies emphasized that the sacrifices of the Yemeni people — from the frontlines to the blockade-defying resistance — are made solely for the sake of Allah and in support of the Palestinian cause. “Every drop of blood, every missile launched, every march organized is an oath of loyalty to Gaza and its heroic defenders,” one statement declared.
The participants collectively rejected the divisions and fragmentation imposed on the Muslim Ummah by foreign powers, declaring that any attack on a single inch of land belonging to the Arab and Islamic world is an attack on the entire Ummah.
The joint statement also expressed Yemen’s unwavering solidarity with the leaders of Hamas who were recently targeted by Zionist treachery in Qatar, extending support to the Qatari people and condemning Israel’s violation of Qatar’s sovereignty.
Crucially, the rallies praised the escalating operations of the Yemeni Armed Forces deep inside Israeli-controlled territory, hailing them as an effective response to Zionist crimes and a true act of regional defense.
The gatherings ended with calls for continued resistance, more pressure on the Zionist regime, and unity across the Muslim world to confront the occupation and liberate Palestine from river to sea. (ILKHA)
