4 police officers and one soldier killed in Sirnak
4 police officers died in the mine attack in Silopi, Sirnak and one soldier died in Beytussebap during an attack to a helicopter carrying staff.
Sirnak governor made a statement regarding the recent attacks stating that 4 police officers and one soldier died with one police officer being injured as a result of the attacks.
The PKK scattered a remote control mine on the road, which was exploded when a police vehicle was going over it. As a result of this explosion 4 police officers died and one officer was left injured.
One soldier died during the attack to a helicopter transporting soldiers to Sirnak from Beytussebap. It has been reported that a large operation has begun in the area after the attack. (ILKHA)
