Orphans Foundation delivers November stipends to underprivileged children in Mali
The international Orphans Foundation (Yetimler Vakfı) has completed its regular monthly distribution of orphan stipends across several African countries, including Mali, where extreme poverty continues to affect millions of families.
Throughout November, the charity provided both cash stipends and in-kind food assistance to thousands of orphaned, fatherless, and destitute children, ensuring that essential support reached some of the continent’s most vulnerable youngsters despite ongoing economic hardship.
In Mali alone, hundreds of orphaned children received their monthly financial allowance, part of a sustained program funded entirely by private philanthropists and recurring donors.
Speaking on the latest round of distributions, foundation officials expressed deep gratitude to supporters, saying: “Thanks to the generosity of donors, we are able to maintain this lifeline every single month, regardless of the season or challenges on the ground. These stipends bring not only material relief but also hope and dignity to children who have lost so much.”
The organization emphasized that increased donations would allow it to expand coverage and reach even more children currently on waiting lists in Mali and other priority countries.
The Orphans Foundation, active in numerous nations worldwide, has made monthly orphan stipends a cornerstone of its work, aiming to provide predictable, long-term support that helps children stay in school, access healthcare, and meet basic nutritional needs.
Officials closed their statement by noting that the prayers and smiles of the children served remain the greatest reward for both the foundation and its donors.(ILKHA)
