Massacres at aid points: Gaza’s hungry slaughtered for seeking food

Israeli occupation continued its genocidal war on Gaza, relentlessly bombarding civilians, targeting displaced families, and obstructing life-saving aid—under full American support and a shameful international silence.
Entire neighborhoods remain under siege while famine spreads and shelters overflow. The occupying Israeli military has escalated its aggression, unleashing dozens of airstrikes and drone attacks across the Strip, striking aid distribution points, refugee camps, and civilian homes with calculated brutality.
Early Thursday, Israeli warplanes bombed tents housing displaced Palestinians in the Al-Mawasi area west of Khan Yunis, killing an entire family—a child and both parents. In Abasan Al-Kabira, east of Khan Yunis, another mother and child were pulled lifeless from the rubble after a direct airstrike on a civilian home.
Drone attacks and sniper fire targeted people waiting for food and humanitarian assistance near the Nitzarim checkpoint. A massacre ensued: 13 Palestinians were martyred and over 200 injured in yet another deliberate attack on the starving and displaced.
At Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat, doctors struggled to treat over 100 injured civilians—mostly women and children—after drones dropped bombs and fired live rounds into aid-seeking crowds.
Gaza’s collapsing healthcare system is pushed to the brink. Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City received yet another martyr from Nitzarim, a location that has become a killing ground for aid seekers.
In a deliberate move to silence witnesses and erase evidence, Israeli forces have cut off internet access in central and southern Gaza. This communications blackout follows similar disruptions in Gaza City and northern areas earlier this week. Rights defenders warn this tactic aims to conceal war crimes and deny Gazans a voice.
This is not war—it is ethnic cleansing. Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli regime has killed more than 54,000 Palestinians and wounded over 126,000, the vast majority of them children and women. Entire families have been wiped out. Hospitals have been targeted. Aid convoys have been bombed. Water, food, and electricity have been denied.
The so-called international community watches in silence. Western powers, led by the United States, continue to arm and finance the occupying regime, turning a blind eye to documented war crimes and genocide.
Despite Israel’s attempts to starve, bomb, and silence the people of Gaza, their resolve has not broken. Palestinians remain steadfast—resisting with their lives, their faith, and their dignity intact.
As the occupation tightens its grip and the world looks away, the call for justice and liberation grows louder. Gaza is not just a battleground—it is the frontline of humanity’s conscience.
And on this 615th day of suffering, the world must decide: Will it continue to enable genocide—or will it finally stand with the oppressed and demand an end to Israel’s crimes? (ILKHA)
