Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan attended the Informal Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
According to Turkish Foreign Ministry sources, the meeting was held behind closed doors.
The participants discussed strengthening diplomatic integration among member states as well as regional security issues. The meeting was among the multilateral engagements held on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly to reinforce the Turkic world's common position on international issues.(ILKHA)
