Turkish Foreign Minister meets Congolese counterpart in Ankara

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Congolese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Francophonie, and Congolese Abroad Jean-Claude Gakosso in Ankara on Monday.
According to a statement from the ministry,, the meeting between Fidan and Gakosso focused on strengthening diplomatic ties between Turkey and the Republic of Congo.
During the meeting, a "Protocol on the Exchange of Land for Diplomatic Representations" was signed, formalizing an agreement to facilitate the establishment and operation of diplomatic missions in each other's countries. The protocol aims to enhance bilateral relations and cooperation in various diplomatic and consular activities.
