HÜDA PAR Chairman urges public to fill streets for Gaza solidarity on Sunday
HÜDA PAR Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu has called on the public to join the upcoming Gaza solidarity marches in Ankara and Istanbul on Sunday to raise a collective voice against Israeli occupation and genocide in Gaza.
In a statement on X, Yapıcıoğlu emphasized that the marches represent not only solidarity with the besieged people of Gaza but also a collective cry against oppression and Zionist terrorism.
“These marches are a cry against oppression; they are a call for resistance shoulder to shoulder with the honorable children of Gaza,” Yapıcıoğlu declared. “We await everyone who stands for mercy and goodness.”
The HÜDA PAR leader confirmed that he will personally take part in the Gaza Resolve March organized by the Ankara Palestine Solidarity Platform, which will begin at 1:30 PM on Sunday, October 5. The demonstration will start from Melike Hatun Mosque and proceed to July 15 Kızılay National Will Square.
“We must raise our voices against this oppression and stand firm alongside our Gazan brothers and sisters,” Yapıcıoğlu said. “We will not stop, we will not be silent until Gaza is free!”
Yapıcıoğlu also pointed to the simultaneous march in Istanbul organized by the Support for Palestine Platform, urging residents of the city to join.
“These marches are a cry against oppression; they are a call to stand shoulder to shoulder with the honorable children of Gaza in resistance,” he said. “Until Gaza is free, until justice and rights prevail, we will not stop, we will not be silent!”
Yapıcıoğlu condemned the ongoing genocide carried out by the Zionist terrorist entity against Palestinians, insisting that silence in the face of such crimes is not an option. He stressed that all who stand for justice, humanity, compassion, and goodness have a moral duty to join the demonstrations.
The marches in Ankara and Istanbul are expected to draw thousands of participants, uniting people from all walks of life in a powerful display of solidarity with Gaza and resistance against occupation and oppression. (ILKHA)
