Zionist forces kill 75 journalists in Gaza since Oct. 7

The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate disclosed a grim toll on media professionals in the midst of the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza.
The report, issued on Wednesday, highlighted the alarming figures: 75 journalists and media workers lost their lives, while an additional 80 sustained injuries, and two are reported missing.
The Journalists Syndicate underscored that the Israeli occupation deliberately targeted the residences of 60 journalists, along with 63 media institutions and offices. Furthermore, the aggression disrupted the operations of 25 local radio stations, with 24 located in Gaza and one in the West Bank.
Disturbingly, the report detailed that 43 journalists faced arrests, the majority occurring in the West Bank (41), with the remaining two in the Gaza Strip. At present, 30 journalists remain in detention, many placed under administrative detention without formal charges or trial.
Despite the imminent risks, the Journalists Syndicate commended the unwavering commitment and sacrifices made by Palestinian journalists in the face of adversity. (ILKHA)
