Genocide in Gaza: Death toll reaches 13,300, including 5,600 children

The Palestinian death toll from israeli ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip has climbed to 13,300 since Oct. 7, the Government Media Office (GMO) revealed in a press conference on Monday evening.
Out of the total victims, 5,600 were children and 3,550 were women, with more than 31,000 others injured, more than 75 percent of whom are women and children, GMO said, adding that Israel committed 1,340 massacres against the people of Gaza.
GMO pointed out that 6,500 people are still missing under the rubble, including 4,400 children.
It also pointed out that 201 health personnel, 22 civil defense members, and 60 journalists were killed in the israeli attacks.
According to the Palestinian estimates, 98 government headquarters were destroyed along with 266 schools, of which 66 schools were out of service.
Along the same line, 83 mosques were completely destroyed, and 170 mosques were partially damaged, while three churches were targeted.
The GMO added that 25 hospitals and 52 health centers have ceased operations in Gaza due to Israeli attacks and a shortage of fuel needed to operate power generators. 55 ambulances were also targeted in the attacks.
This was accompanied by heavy bombing that devastated and destroyed entire residential blocks and neighborhoods. 43,000 housing units were completely destroyed, 225,000 housing units were partially damaged.
The GMO holds the zionist occupation regime and the international community fully responsible for the ongoing crimes in the Gaza Strip, calling on the free world to put pressure on Israel to stop this bloody war. (ILKHA)
