Construction of the Great Orphanage Complex, a major humanitarian project being carried out by the Orphans Foundation (Yetimler Vakfı) in Afghanistan, is continuing as the country’s prolonged economic and humanitarian difficulties continue to place vulnerable children at greater risk.
