Mother of late Hizbullah leader, Sultan Ürük, passes away at 90

Sultan Ürük, the mother of late Selahaddin Ürük, who was one of the leading figures of the Hizbullah Jamaah in Türkiye, passed away at the age of 90.
Selahaddin Ürük was martyred in a police raid on his house in Adana in 2001.
Sultan Ürük’s funeral was held in Mardin’s Mazıdağı district, where she lived. Her body was buried in the family cemetery, next to her son’s grave.
Condolences for Sultan Ürük, who passed away at her residence, will be received in the Mazıdağı district, allowing friends, family, and community members to pay their respects during this difficult time. (ILKHA)
